SEO Blog Writer & Editor (3-4 yrs experience)

About the role

FlairsTech is looking for an experienced SEO Blog Writer and Editor to create high‑impact, search‑engine‑optimized content that supports its technology and offshoring services. The role involves producing long‑form technical articles, case studies and service pages that attract B2B decision‑makers and drive organic traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit SEO‑optimized blog posts, case studies, service pages and other web content.
• Apply on‑page SEO best practices, keyword integration and readability standards.
• Develop and maintain content plans and SEO maps aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to select high‑value, transactional keywords.
• Translate complex software and offshoring concepts into clear, engaging copy for a B2B audience.
• Utilise AI‑assisted tools to accelerate content creation and improve quality.
• Publish and manage content using WordPress CMS.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in SEO blog writing, including at least 2 years of long‑form technical content.
• Proven track record of creating website content plans.
• Strong understanding of keyword intent and B2B communication.
• Experience writing about technology, offshoring and related B2B topics.

Required skills

• SEO (on‑page optimization, keyword research, readability).
• WordPress CMS for content creation and publishing.
• AI content creation tools.
