Direct Sales Officer – Retail Banking

About the role

The Direct Sales Officer will drive product sales for Arab Bank by identifying customer needs and promoting the bank’s portfolio of services. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through proactive outreach, relationship building, and cross‑selling initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve set sales targets by probing customer needs and promoting relevant banking products.
• Plan and execute daily calls and visits to ensure consistent progress toward goals.
• Cross‑sell bank services to increase market share and meet corporate objectives.
• Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring service quality exceeds expectations.
• Represent the bank at exhibitions, campaigns, and other promotional events.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail banking and sales.
• Fluent in Arabic and good command of English.
• Strong communication, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on detail and accuracy.
