Director of Project Delivery & Support

About the role

TGP International is seeking a dynamic Director of Project Delivery & Support to lead the evolution of its fast‑growing hospitality consultancy. You will shape a globally connected delivery model, combining local expertise, international collaboration and emerging technologies to deliver world‑class F&B and retail projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable delivery framework across Egypt and GCC markets.
• Challenge existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and drive meaningful change.
• Oversee multi‑disciplinary, remote teams to ensure projects meet targets, milestones and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align delivery strategy with business objectives.
• Report on project performance, client satisfaction and organisational impact.

Required profile

• 12‑15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior project delivery, PMO or consultancy leadership.
• Proven track record in hospitality, architecture, construction, design or related creative project environments.
• Experience working across Egypt and GCC markets.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• PMP certification (or equivalent).
• Agile methodology knowledge.
• AI literacy and proficiency with IT systems.
• Change‑management expertise.
