About the role
We are seeking a diligent Dispatcher to join our public transport team. In this position you will manage incoming calls, coordinate with mobile units, and ensure timely delivery of services across our network.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and answer emergency and non‑emergency calls.
- Record all call details accurately.
- Assess situations, prioritize requests, and dispatch orders to field units.
- Monitor routes, track delivery status, and provide traffic updates.
- Maintain call logs and update data in our software systems.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar dispatch or concierge role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively under stressful and emergency conditions.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
