Elevators & Escalators Service Engineer

About the role

TK Elevator is looking for a Service Engineer to manage preventive and corrective maintenance of elevators and escalators. You will coordinate schedules, conduct audits, and ensure high‑quality service delivery while supporting clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute the monthly preventive maintenance (PM) schedule and monitor its 100% completion.
• Conduct random equipment audits and daily analysis of PM and breakdown reports.
• Lead PM committee meetings, present client‑requested presentations, and attend client escalation meetings.
• Schedule and supervise trouble‑shooters, review daily reports, and support them on technical and non‑technical issues.
• Manage planned corrective maintenance shutdowns, spare‑parts consumption, and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Review and revise method statements, SOPs, and HSE‑related documents.
• Analyse breakdown trends and develop action plans to minimise future failures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of site engineering or maintenance experience.
• Strong ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Required skills

• Operation of specialized measuring and monitoring equipment.
• Proficiency with computer‑based software programs for maintenance planning and reporting.
