About the role
We are looking for an English‑speaking Call Center Representative to join our on‑site team in Cairo. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and professional assistance to customers in English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls in English.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver accurate information about products, services, or processes.
- Log and update all customer interactions in the internal system.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to maintain consistent service quality.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
- Egyptian nationals; graduates are preferred, but dropouts may also apply.
- Willingness to work rotational and overnight shifts.
