About the role
Join a fast‑growing fintech leader as an English‑speaking Customer Care Advisor. You will be the first point of contact for customers across the Middle East, helping them with account, transaction and payment queries while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner.
- Assist customers with account issues, transaction details, and payment‑related questions.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and follow up to guarantee resolution.
- Update customer interactions and data accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
- Meet performance targets such as quality scores and response times.
Required profile
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Arabic communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving attitude with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
