English Instructor

About the role

The English Instructor will design, deliver and manage English language training for Accor employees across various brands, supporting the group’s commitment to responsible hospitality and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with management to identify language gaps.
• Develop learning strategies, curricula and training materials such as workbooks, manuals and job aids.
• Deliver classroom or tutoring sessions, ensuring interactive and engaging delivery.
• Maintain attendance records, enforce classroom discipline and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate employee progress and issue graduation certificates.
• Support employees with disabilities during training sessions.
• Coordinate with managers to select participants and promote training opportunities.
• Manage logistical aspects of training, including setup, materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching English as a second language to adult learners.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to assess language proficiency and design tailored curricula.
• Experience in classroom management and record‑keeping.
• Flexibility to work across multiple hotel locations and adapt to varying schedules.
• Commitment to hospitality values and continuous improvement.
