English Language Instructor

About the role

Accor is seeking an English Language Instructor to develop and deliver learning programs for its employees. You will design training strategies, create instructional materials, and ensure a supportive classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop learning strategies and plans based on needs assessments.
• Evaluate employee skill levels and select participants in collaboration with managers.
• Design, develop, and produce training materials such as workbooks, manuals, and job aids.
• Prepare and set up training classes, including required equipment and electronic tools.
• Deliver interactive training sessions in various formats and maintain attendance records.
• Facilitate presentations, graduation ceremonies, and issue certificates.
• Maintain discipline, decorum, and a welcoming atmosphere in the classroom.
• Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with management to recognize employee performance and ensure necessary resources are available.
