About the role
EY is looking for an Experienced Hire Recruiter to join its MENA recruitment team in Cairo. You will act as a strategic partner, delivering a best‑in‑class hiring experience for multiple business units while supporting EY’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned business areas, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
- Provide talent‑market insights, compensation trends and candidate expectations to hiring managers.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders and external talent networks.
- Design targeted recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies and robust candidate pipelines.
- Leverage data, analytics and EY’s AI‑enabled recruitment tools to refine hiring strategies.
- Support referral programs, talent pooling and proactive pipelining initiatives.
- Lead negotiations, candidate closures and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
- Proven expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment up to Director level across multiple channels.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to use market data for decision‑making.
- Experience coaching junior recruiters and contributing to team capability.
