Facilities Supervisor – Reliability Maintenance Engineering

About the role

Join Amazon's Reliability Maintenance Engineering team as a Facilities Supervisor. You will ensure the safety, reliability and availability of a wide range of equipment across the warehouse and delivery network, supporting the seamless experience Amazon promises its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritise health and safety best practices, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on all site equipment, including HVAC, BMS, backup power and low‑voltage systems.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, communicate with affected parties and execute efficient repairs.
• Drive continuous improvement by analysing breakdowns and providing feedback to management.
• Maintain high equipment availability for internal customers.
• Collaborate with Facilities Coordinators and manage external contractors.

Required profile

• Experience with electrical, mechanical, electronics, communication, instrumentation and controls systems.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment (MHE) and base‑building systems such as HVAC, BMS, backup power generation and low‑voltage (LV) networks.
• Knowledge of condition monitoring and reliability programmes is preferred.
