FIDIC Contracts Instructor (Part‑time Remote)

About the role

This part‑time remote position involves developing and delivering online courses on FIDIC contracts, with a focus on the Red Book and the broader Rainbow Suite. The instructor will guide participants through contract clauses, claims management, dispute resolution, and risk allocation for international construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and update course materials covering FIDIC editions (1999, 2017) and practical applications.
• Deliver interactive online training sessions to individuals, companies, and academic institutions.
• Explain contract clauses, claims procedures, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Provide guidance on risk allocation and contract administration in major infrastructure projects.
• Assess learner progress and adapt content to meet participant needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience working with FIDIC contracts in project or contracts management.
• In‑depth knowledge of the FIDIC Rainbow Suite editions (1999 and 2017).
• Expertise in claims and dispute management under FIDIC rules.
• Relevant certifications such as FIDIC Certified Trainer (highly desirable).
• Experience delivering professional training or workshops is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
