About the role
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to lead a team of service technicians, conduct site surveys, and manage the delivery, installation and hand‑over of equipment at client sites in Cairo.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of service technicians.
- Conduct site surveys prior to installations.
- Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.
- Perform on‑site delivery, installation and hand‑over.
- Carry out regular preventive maintenance at client premises.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair equipment faults and breakdowns.
- Hold meetings with clients to resolve technical issues.
- Control daily operating expenses for yourself and your team.
- Travel within Egypt up to 20% of the time.
Required profile
- Mechanical or mechatronic engineering degree.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hardworking and able to work in continuous outdoor conditions.
- Analytical mindset.
- Good command of English and strong communication skills.
