Field Service Representative II – Water

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Field Service Representative II to deliver hands‑on water treatment and disinfection services across a range of industrial customers. The role is field‑based, requiring independent work, strong customer relationships, and a focus on sustainability and equipment performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert service and support for cooling‑tower cleaning and large‑scale water disinfection.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and process‑monitoring equipment at customer sites.
• Perform chemistry tests, log and report data, and manage product inventories on‑site.
• Offer technical support to customers and sales representatives, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Operate power washers, industrial vacuums, and hand/power tools to complete service tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in hot, cold, noisy or dirty conditions.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Installation and calibration of chemical feed equipment.
• Operation of process‑monitoring equipment.
• Cooling‑tower cleaning and water‑disinfection procedures.
• Use of power washers, industrial vacuums and hand/power tools.
• Conducting chemistry tests and data logging.
• Product inventory management on customer sites.
