Finance Manager APAC – WFA (Egypt)

About the role

Based in Egypt, the Finance Manager APAC – WFA will join NAOS’s Finance Team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the full finance cycle during a period of transition. You will be responsible for delivering a clean month‑end close, reliable financial reporting and actionable insights that support business decisions across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end month‑end close process, reviewing and validating all entries, accruals and reconciliations to produce a clean trial balance and proactively flag risks.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), ensure alignment with validated data, track budgets, perform variance analysis and support forecasting and planning activities.
• Act as the finance partner for regional finance and business stakeholders, providing solid financial insights, maintaining strong controls, compliance and governance, and ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years of independent ownership of the month‑end close process.
• High standards for results while being respectful and attentive to colleagues.
