Finance Manager (FP&A Focused)

About the role

Koinz, Saudi Arabia’s leading social food ordering platform, is seeking a Finance Manager with a strong FP&A focus. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance while delivering data‑driven insights to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end budgeting and forecasting cycles across business units.
• Develop and maintain P&L statements, analyze performance, and identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Oversee cash‑flow management, treasury activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting in partnership with accounting.
• Monitor financial controls, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
• Support investment decisions, fundraising, and evaluate new business initiatives and partnerships.
• Act as a finance partner to Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams, leading regular P&L review meetings and translating financial data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus).
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance management.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in both operational and strategic finance, with exposure to multiple markets preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
