Fleet Control Senior Associate

About the role

The Fleet Control Senior Associate works in a control tower environment, monitoring live fleet data to ensure safety, compliance, and performance. This role combines real‑time incident handling with data analysis to support driver well‑being and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services that meet defined SLAs and KPIs while driving continuous improvement.
• Provide real‑time monitoring and customer service, managing incidents and safety violations in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Validate reported violations for legitimacy and take immediate corrective actions with drivers in both English and Arabic.
• Maintain detailed shift records of all violations and incidents for compliance and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with the Health & Safety team to identify operational risks and develop corrective action plans.
• Contribute to internal process improvements and knowledge‑base updates.
• Escalate high‑risk violations or repeat offenders to senior leadership according to escalation protocols.
• Analyze driver behavior using big‑data tools, identify trends, and present findings in a clear, actionable format.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple digital systems, dashboards, and fleet monitoring platforms.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting large data volumes, detecting patterns, and generating actionable insights.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 shift‑based schedule, including weekends and holidays, on a rotating basis.
• Excellent time‑management skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Commitment to safety, risk prevention, and strict adherence to operational protocols.
