About the role
PepsiCo is seeking a Food Service Sales Assistant Supervisor to drive account acquisition, retention, and growth across North Africa. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring service quality, and managing key account contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate, acquire new accounts and renew existing customers.
- Promote a customer‑centered culture that exceeds expectations.
- Conduct frequent visits to customers to strengthen relationships and review performance.
- Visit PepsiCo distribution centres to ensure quality service and monitor credit limits.
- Maintain superior customer wiring according to PepsiCo best practices.
- Ensure compliance with CDA agreements and take corrective actions when needed.
- Follow up on weekly analysis for the assigned area.
- Implement marketing activations, branding and promotions to maximise marketing rights.
- Draft key‑account contracts, supply agreements and annexes, securing necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with legal, tax and control functions to obtain contract sign‑offs.
- Maintain the KA function database, including contracts, wiring sheets and reports.
- Conduct key‑account business reviews.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales, account acquisition and renewal.
- Strong negotiation and customer‑relationship skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, tax and finance teams.
- Detail‑oriented with experience managing contracts and databases.
