Freight Forwarder

About the role

The Freight Forwarder is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Giza. You will coordinate and manage the movement of furniture shipments, handling export processes and freight transportation to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and verify all shipment documentation.
• Book cargo space with carriers and arrange export procedures.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues.
• Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and showroom teams to meet delivery requirements.
• Communicate with external partners such as freight forwarders, transport companies, and customs offices to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation, preferably within retail or furniture sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site in Giza and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with logistics or ERP systems and standard office software.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
