About the role
BLS International is expanding its operations in Egypt and seeks French‑speaking Customer Service Agents to assist international clients. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls in French, addressing client inquiries promptly.
- Provide accurate information about services and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold service quality standards.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
