About the role

Palm Outsourcing is partnering with a fast‑growing video production company to build its new business and marketing function. As a Growth Marketer you will own the outbound marketing funnel from brand awareness to qualified leads, supporting the directors' personal brand and feeding their sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full marketing funnel, from content creation to lead qualification.
• Maintain the CRM system and handle outreach follow‑ups across the pipeline.
• Qualify inbound leads before handing them to the directors for sales conversations.
• Produce regular LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletter content.
• Generate and curate content for the directors' personal brand and thought‑leadership presence.
• Book meetings between engaged prospects and the directors to keep the pipeline moving.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can work independently without close supervision.
• Proven experience owning outbound engagement and lead generation.
• Ability to keep brand and social channels current and on‑message.
• Creative mindset combined with strong operational execution.
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing or growth‑focused role.
• Bonus: agency background serving a similar industry.
