About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Sheraton creates memorable, personalized stays for guests throughout their visit. Working on the Al Pasha Coast property, you will be the friendly face that guides guests, handles requests, and ensures every interaction feels part of a unique experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out, and throughout their stay.
- Process operational needs, complete reports, and address guest requests promptly.
- Provide local area information and promote property amenities.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and arranging items up to 10 lb.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.
