Guest Relations Agent – Hotel Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Guest Relations Agent to join the on-site team at Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries, handle special requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with booking management.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience in guest relations or front-desk operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and adapt to diverse guest needs.
• Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
