Guest Support Representative – English Speakers

About the role

Sheba Tours is seeking English‑speaking Guest Support Representatives to join its team in Cairo. The role involves assisting customers, handling inquiries via phone and live chat, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through calls and live‑chat.
• Provide accurate information about company services and procedures.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
• Maintain a friendly, customer‑focused communication style.
• Update customer records and follow up as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Work effectively within assigned rotational shifts.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Background in customer service, hospitality, tourism, front office, guest relations, or call centre is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
