About the role
Join Accor’s Novotel Sharm El Sheikh as a Hostess, delivering warm, professional service to guests in a vibrant hospitality environment. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Report for duty punctually in full uniform, adhering to appearance and grooming standards.
- Promote positive relationships with colleagues across all hotel outlets.
- Provide friendly, professional service while following the Novotel handbook and outlet guidelines.
- Maintain full knowledge of menus, beverage lists, and special promotions.
- Operate the Micros POS system, handle cash and non‑cash transactions, and complete shift end reports.
- Attend pre‑shift, weekly, and monthly meetings to improve guest experience.
- Operate outlet equipment safely and follow the hotel’s recycling and health‑safety procedures.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by the manager to ensure total quality service.
Required profile
- Outstanding guest service skills with a polished professional presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Russian language proficiency is a plus.
- Guest‑oriented, vibrant personality with a genuine enthusiasm for assisting people.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Micros POS system.
