Hostess – Guest Service at Waldorf Astoria Cairo

About the role

The Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests at Waldorf Astoria Cairo, creating a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. You will ensure guests feel valued and comfortable while supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and escort them to their tables.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and restaurant layout.
• Follow Hilton grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Adhere to hotel security, fire safety, and health regulations.
• Report any operational issues according to established procedures.
