Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager is directly responsible and empowered for all departments of the property, ensuring optimal profitability, performance, service standards and guest satisfaction. Working closely with the Cluster General Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance the guest experience and protect the hotel's assets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel departments to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Lead meetings and initiatives aimed at improving service standards.
• Handle guest complaints personally, communicate face‑to‑face and propose solutions.
• Implement quality management systems to meet Rixos Sharm El Sheikh standards.
• Coordinate with the Cluster General Manager to safeguard assets and revenue.
• Monitor industry trends, attend relevant meetings and advise on innovations.
• Act as the Cluster General Manager’s substitute, conducting routine department meetings.
• Prepare the annual budget and capital expenditure plan in collaboration with department heads.
• Review departmental budgets monthly and address any deficits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior hotel management or a similar hospitality leadership role.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, especially with guests.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a cluster management team.
