About the role
The Hotel Reservation Agent will support guests and partners by handling hotel and transportation bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences. This hybrid, full‑time position is based in Nasr City, Cairo, and requires 3‑7 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage all online booking accounts.
- Coordinate hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements.
- Organize travel itineraries and verify that all travel requirements are satisfied.
- Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and service providers.
- Prepare travel‑related reports and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- 3 to 7 years of experience in travel reservations or coordination.
- Familiarity with flight and hotel booking systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
