HR Generalist – Giza

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Giza. You will play a pivotal role in managing end‑to‑end recruitment, supporting employee relations, and driving development initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles, from job posting to onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
• Assist with organizational development (OD) initiatives and performance management.
• Coordinate employee development programs and performance review cycles.
• Conduct new‑hire orientations and ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain accurate HR records, generate regular HR reports, and support payroll preparation.
• Oversee personnel operations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Egyptian labor legislation.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
