About the role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Giza. You will play a pivotal role in managing end‑to‑end recruitment, supporting employee relations, and driving development initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycles, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers.
- Assist with organizational development (OD) initiatives and performance management.
- Coordinate employee development programs and performance review cycles.
- Conduct new‑hire orientations and ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate regular HR reports, and support payroll preparation.
- Oversee personnel operations and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and Egyptian labor legislation.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
