HR Manager

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources functions and partner on strategic initiatives. You will help maintain and enhance HR policies, programs, and practices while ensuring effective talent acquisition and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new hires, improving talent acquisition strategies.
• Conduct performance management cycles and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices.
• Train managers and employees to build capability across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong recruiting background with proven ability to enhance talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated expertise in training managers and staff.
• Excellent organizational, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
