HR Manager – Site Operations

About the role

The HR Manager – Site Operations will lead all human‑resources activities for VXI’s Cairo site, ensuring HR services are delivered efficiently and align with business goals. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with Operations leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support the company’s growth in the BPO sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily HR site operations, providing timely HR services and support.
• Act as the primary HR partner for Operations and support functions.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law, company policies and internal HR procedures.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve retention, morale and culture.
• Partner with Operations and Workforce Management to meet staffing and organizational needs.
• Oversee performance management, coaching, action plans and development initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, retention and engagement trends.
• Support organizational restructuring, promotions, transfers and workforce changes.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Lead and develop the on‑site HR team to maintain service quality.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Training, Payroll and other stakeholders.
• Assist with audits and maintain accurate HR documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR operations in a BPO or similar high‑volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
• Excellent partnership skills with Operations leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
