HR Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR & Legal Operations Specialist to lead and enhance our human resources processes in Egypt. The role combines day‑to‑day HR administration with a strong focus on compliance with Egyptian labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions and off‑boarding.
• Draft, review and maintain employment contracts, amendments, confidentiality agreements and other HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure all employee records are up to date.
• Develop, implement and periodically review HR policies and internal procedures.
• Monitor attendance, leave balances, probation periods, contract expiry dates and other employee‑related deadlines.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with Egyptian labour legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Legal education (law degree) with substantial experience in labour or employment law.
• Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labour regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of contracts and HR documents.
• Knowledge of HR information systems and payroll processes.
