Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in a growing textile company. You will be responsible for shaping HR policies, driving recruitment, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Oversee the performance review cycle.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal policies.
• Organize training and employee development programs.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
• Collaborate with managers on hiring and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in the textile or garment sector is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional, organized, and capable of handling confidential information securely.
