About the role

The Human Resources Manager will serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Tashereef, aligning people initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives. This senior role oversees the full employee lifecycle and supports business leaders in driving effective people management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for Tashereef, aligning people initiatives with business objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
• Drive the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, promotions, transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Support workforce planning, organizational design, and manpower planning.
• Coach managers on HR policies, labor law, employee engagement, and people management practices.
• Lead employee‑relations matters such as investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
• Monitor headcount, turnover, absenteeism and other HR metrics, delivering insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring and successful onboarding.
• Support annual performance management, salary review, and succession‑planning processes.
• Identify learning and development needs and coordinate initiatives with the L&D team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
• Drive employee‑engagement initiatives and support organizational change management.
• Coordinate with Payroll and People Operations to maintain accurate employee data and timely payroll processing.
• Manage and develop the HR Business Partner team, ensuring service excellence and KPI achievement.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and business updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
