About the role
Sheba Tours, a leading travel company in Egypt, is seeking a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join its Cairo branch. You will play a key role in attracting and onboarding talent that supports the company’s growth and reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit talent across multiple departments
- Prepare and publish professional job advertisements
- Manage recruitment platforms and hiring channels
- Screen CVs and identify top candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Support employee onboarding and documentation
- Assist with general HR operations and maintain employee records
Required profile
- Organized, proactive, and professional attitude
- Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

What we offer
- Starting salary of 15,000 EGP per month
- Work schedule: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (5 hours daily)
- Weekly holiday provided
