Information Technology Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for an Information Technology Technical Support professional to join our team. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems while providing timely assistance to end‑users across our branches.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware components and software applications.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions to resolve incidents.
• Replace or repair faulty parts as needed.
• Document procedures and create support documentation.
• Manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
• Test and evaluate new technologies for potential deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communication, Electronics Engineering, IT, BIS or a related field from a recognized university.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical support environment.
• Willingness to travel between company branches within the same area.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
