Infrastructure Operations Engineer – L2 Support

About the role

VOIS is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to provide second‑level (L2) support for Office IT infrastructure services. You will own critical backend systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuity in line with service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L2 operational support for services such as Global Active Directory, ADFS, AD Connect, Office 365 and licence management.
• Manage backend server platforms, perform daily health checks and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Own end‑to‑end service performance, capacity and configuration management.
• Participate in crisis management, coordinating escalations with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with customers at management and professional levels, tracking requirements and feedback.
• Communicate status updates to technical leads, authentication teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Contribute to service improvement, operational assessments and change management processes (including CAB).
• Deliver operational reports, scorecards and backlog updates on schedule.

Required profile

• BSc in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure support.
• Mandatory MCSA certification; MCSE desirable.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
