About the role
The Infrastructure Senior Manager will lead the delivery and operation of all infrastructure services across Egypt. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that the country’s network and data‑center environments run smoothly and support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of infrastructure services throughout Egypt.
- Plan, coordinate and guarantee efficient day‑to‑day operation of the national infrastructure portfolio.
- Monitor network performance and data‑center activities, ensuring availability and reliability.
- Serve as the first escalation point for production incidents and coordinate rapid resolution.
- Lead and manage both the Network and Systems engineering teams, providing guidance and performance oversight.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing large‑scale infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, particularly network and system engineers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of handling production incidents.
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
