IT Technical Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Technical Support professional to administer and maintain our internal networks, ensure system security, and provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to all employees. The role combines infrastructure management with hands‑on help‑desk support to keep the company’s IT environment reliable and secure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute regular backup plans for user data and system files.
• Monitor and apply software updates to maintain security and compliance.
• Assist in the rollout of new systems and upgrades, including hardware, cabling, and networking equipment.
• Track system performance, generate reports, and maintain the company’s surveillance (DVR, cameras, access‑door) infrastructure on a weekly basis.
• Manage procurement and inventory of IT hardware assets.
• Provide first‑line support via the help desk, troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, and resolve hardware/software problems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all workstations and document solutions in a knowledge‑base.
• Deliver quarterly cyber‑security awareness sessions to employees.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar IT support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• CompTIA Network+ certification.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware maintenance and Windows Server (2008 or later) environments.
• Familiarity with MS SQL, MS Office (especially Excel), and surveillance systems (DVR, cameras, access control).
• Strong written and spoken English.
