Jira Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Jira Developer with strong expertise in Atlassian platform administration, workflow automation, and system customization. The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions that align with business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
• Manage Jira Data Center environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Design, customize, and optimize workflows, screens, permissions, issue types, and automation rules.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using ScriptRunner, JMWE, and other Atlassian Marketplace apps.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytics with EazyBI to support decision‑making.
• Implement system enhancements, change requests, and new feature configurations.
• Perform application maintenance, upgrades, patching, and health monitoring.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Atlassian solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for governance, security, and administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Jira administration experience.
• Proven experience with Jira Data Center administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
