About the role
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our finance team in daily accounting operations, month‑end and year‑end closing, and inventory accounting.
Key responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Assist in inventory accounting and participate in periodic stock counts.
- Monitor raw material inventory (paper, ink, binding materials, and other printing supplies).
- Support production cost tracking and cost allocation for printed books.
- Prepare financial reports and schedules as requested by management.
- Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation.
- Assist internal and external auditors by providing required financial information.
- Perform other accounting duties assigned by the Chief Accountant or Finance Manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of accounting experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
