About the role
KAD Commercial Property Management is seeking a Junior Architect to join its team in Heliopolis. The position is based in the company’s office and focuses on supporting architectural activities for commercial property projects. The role offers the opportunity to work on diverse retail property projects and develop professional skills in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from a recognized private university with at least a “good” graduation grade.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, with up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Awareness of brands in the retail market.
- Familiarity with documentation and manuals is a plus.
- Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
