Junior Marketing Manager

About the role

Codentia Technologies is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join its hybrid team in Alexandria or Cairo. This full‑stack marketer will own the end‑to‑end marketing mix, balancing social media, paid advertising, performance campaigns, and event coordination to drive measurable growth for the company’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activity, grow audience engagement and support community interaction.
• Assist in content creation, copywriting and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Conduct market research, analyse performance metrics and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Coordinate events and support brand‑management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve strategic growth targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest or experience in the technology sector, preferably B2B.
