Junior Trade Execution Associate – Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Trade Execution Associate to join our Trade Execution team in New Cairo. This entry‑level position offers a fresh graduate the chance to gain hands‑on experience in contract execution, trade documentation, and shipment coordination while working with global customers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of sales and purchase contracts throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Prepare and process trade‑related documentation in line with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with traders and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow up with customers, suppliers, banks, inspection companies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders regarding required documents.
• Assist in preparing documentary instructions and review trade documents for accuracy before submission.
• Monitor shipment milestones and update contract and shipment information in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate records for each transaction and communicate updates to internal and external parties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
