Learning and Development Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. You will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s learning initiatives and helping employees develop their skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs and learning materials.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain accurate training records.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning content.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees.
• Analyze training effectiveness and prepare reports on learning metrics.
• Assist in the development of e‑learning modules and other digital learning resources.
• Provide administrative support for the L&D department, including budget tracking and vendor management.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
