Learning & Development Specialist – Retail (Cairo)

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will ensure effective delivery of training solutions across retail stores and regional levels, aligning with the Learning Service Level Agreement (SLA). This role balances strategic planning with operational execution to support employee development, business priorities, and brand competency.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and training needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and SLA commitments.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of classroom, virtual, blended, and self‑learning solutions.
• Maintain a pool of facilitators and buddies, ensuring readiness and availability.
• Drive learning engagement through campaigns, communication, and social learning initiatives.
• Monitor delivery, completion, and certification via platforms and dashboards, providing accurate monthly reporting.

Required profile

• Experience in learning and development within a retail environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with store management, HR business partners, and regional L&D teams.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor training activities against SLA timelines.
• Proactive communication and engagement skills to promote a learning culture.
