Learning Programs Coordinator – Transportation Field L&D

About the role

The Learning Programs Coordinator supports the Regional Learning Programs Manager and site leadership to plan, execute, and monitor training initiatives for transportation field operations. This role ensures compliance, drives learning effectiveness, and contributes to continuous improvement across the sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all training‑related programs and initiatives.
• Create and update training documentation using various design tools.
• Maintain safety‑training compliance and accurate record‑keeping.
• Identify, train, and develop ambassadors or trainers for on‑site delivery.
• Track performance metrics, learning curves, and quality, implementing improvement actions.
• Execute learning audits and support operational projects.
• Manage the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of training requests.
• Partner with the Regional Learning Programs Manager to measure training effectiveness.
• Monitor adherence to standard work and update processes as needed.
• Assist in labor planning, onboarding, and cross‑training for new hires.
• Document feedback to highlight strengths and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience in training delivery, performance management, and coaching.
