Lobby Ambassador

About the role

The Lobby Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests at Rixos Premium Seagate, a luxury all‑inclusive resort on the Red Sea. The role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and assisting guests with information and special requests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and make them feel welcome.
• Provide directions within the resort and answer guest inquiries about facilities.
• Assist with transportation arrangements, restaurant reservations, and local sightseeing recommendations.
• Handle special requests such as extra amenities, booking services, or personalized assistance.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable and enhance the overall experience of the property.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting lobby environment.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to resolve guest issues promptly.

Required profile

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of hotel services and willingness to learn.
