About the role
The Marketing Communication Executive will design and implement integrated marketing plans for Sharaf DG, working closely with the Head of Marketing. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders to launch ATL, BTL, partnership, PR and social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated communications campaigns across print, radio, online, sponsorship and collateral assets.
- Develop monthly and event‑driven outdoor and social media campaigns.
- Distribute timely campaign information internally and ensure alignment across departments.
- Allocate tasks, approve final artwork, radio spots, social media posts and mobile app updates.
- Maintain website and mobile app content with the latest product and campaign highlights, and analyse page performance.
- Conduct market analysis and produce competitive reports for senior management.
- Provide regular data and reports on marketing activities to the Marketing Manager.
- Design attractive installment offers with finance partners, monitor their performance and analyse impact on sales.
- Create in‑store marketing materials for installment offers (posters, roll‑ups, POS).
- Analyse customer behaviour related to installment options and deliver actionable insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant marketing communications experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, time‑management and creativity skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to take initiative.
Required skills
- Proficiency with social media platforms.
